Chipside shortlisted for two more 2019 awards
Chipside has been shortlisted for two more awards; the British Business Awards 2019 Technology Business of the Year and Made in the South West’s Digital Engineering/Technology Award.
These achievements recognise how Chipside has developed as a business and our technology expertise. It’s also testament to our team who go to every effort to make our partnerships with local councils in the UK a success.
The British Business Awards celebrate the UK’s small business sector and the contributions that our 5.6 million small businesses make to the UK’s economy. These awards recognise not only profitable businesses, but aspects such as innovation, employment, sustainable business practices and diversity. We attended the awards presentation ceremony earlier this week at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. While we were not successful in winning the award, which was won by Amica Smart Homes, being shortlisted as Technology Business of the Year is a huge endorsement for the team.
In addition, Insider Media’s Made in the South West awards are celebrating business success at a regional level. The judging panel picked out the South West region’s top manufacturers in a range of categories, ranging from Food & Drink to Aerospace. Chipside is listed for the Digital Engineering and Technology Award based on its MiPermit digital parking app. As we are based in Swindon, we have a vested interest in helping to support and boost business success in this region. The awards dinner is in Bristol on 7 November.
